Red is Fire, Blue is Water and Yellow is Lightning. Each Guardian Spirit also has an element associated with it represented by its color. Every single Guardian Spirit falls into one of these categories, and determine not only your Yokai Shift appearance and moveset, but also your Burst Counter.
